Summer/ Early Fall Class Schedule 2011

Tuesday 5 p.m. Boxing/ Self Defense with Chad

Chad is a certified Jeet Kune Do practitioner, which is trapping range self-defense that was initially created by Bruce Lee.

JKD is widely used among Military and Law Enforcement, and is quick and easy to learn. 

Along with JKD, Chad infuses the class with proper boxing techniques where he uses mitts and the body shield to take those furious blows from his students.


Thursday 7 p.m. Next Level Games training with Chris

Chris is highly educated and passionate about  the field of Functional Training, so in this class individuals will receive the best of everything Chris has to offer!

This class is also the perfect way to get in shape for the Next Level Games, which is just around the corner. 

Can you flip a Tractor Tire and pull vehicles at your gym? 


Saturday 9 a.m. Sprinting Mechanics with Isaac and Aaron at LHS track

Isaac and Aaron Combs are two of the fastest and most athletic guys around, both with advanced expertise in Track & Field.

This class is a great way to push your lactic threshold to the max, while learning proper techniques involved in the calorie busting activity of Sprinting!

Sprinting is an effective way to get shredded fast and it's a great element to enhance any sport performance.


All classes can be modified for nearly all levels.
Cost: $15 per class or $40 for 4 classes
